As hand crafted items are all unique, we do not guarantee that all images will be the exact stone, color, size etc. as in the posted photo. Therefore, we are happy to send additional photographs and even offer FaceTime shopping so you may examine your available choices before purchasing.
We do offer free repair if your item is damaged during shipping. You must let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily repair or replace it.
Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
